Yoga with Donna Mulholland - 2012 Yoga Schedule
As a yoga teacher trained at Satori Yoga Teacher Training and certified as a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, Donna is eager to promote yoga to enhance wellbeing, creativity and leadership. With yoga for seniors and yin yoga teaching certification completed in 2011, she will be completing her 500 hour yoga teacher certification, Yoga Life Coaching and Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching training in 2012.

May-June 2012 Classes
The Satori Centre for Well-Being at 441 King St has a fabulous new monthly pass deal for $115.00 month that allows you to attend as many classes as you'd like. Registration for individual classes for the term May 7 - June 25, 2012 at $103.96 per class (or $89.27 for Monday classes due to the May holiday) remains an option with an allowance to make-up up to two missed classes attending other classes. And the drop-in option remains at $15.00 class. You can view the Satori yoga class schedule and the policies for each of the sign-up options here.
I will be offering two new classes at the Satori Centre for Well-Being running May 8 - June 28, 2012:
Gentle Yoga, 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. on Mondays and
Fundamentals, 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. on Thursdays.
In addition, I will be teaching Gentle Yoga, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Gentle & Yin Yoga, 5:15 - 6:30 p.m.on Tuesdays at Satori for the last 4 weeks of the May 8 - June 28th term (i.e. the June classes.) Natalie Brewer will be teaching the first four weeks of those classes (i.e. the May classes.)
